Balsamic Steak Kebabs
Since the Fourth of July is right around the corner, I decided to make a new steak marinade I have been wanting to try for awhile. I love anything and everything with balsamic vinegar, dressing, glaze, you name it!
This marinade is simple: olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper! Every ingredient was already in my house without even having to run to the store. I also had a TON of cherry tomatoes, so I decided to include these in my kebabs. But you could use whatever you have on-hand that you need to get rid of! Mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, zucchini.
We had this with a mixed green salad with fresh grated Parmesan, (more) cherry tomatoes, and a balsamic vinaigrette along with balsamic roasted red potatoes (coming soon!). So like I said, I love ANYTHING
