  1. Soak 6 wooden skewers in warm water for 10-30 minutes.
  2. Cut steak into 1 inch sized pieces. In a small mixing bowl combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt and pepper and whisk to combine. Combine steak and marinade in gallon sized Ziplock bag and allow to marinade for 2 hours and up to 24 hours in refrigerator.
  3. Once meat has marinaded, alternate putting meat and tomatoes on wooden skewers until all ingredients are used.
  4. Grill kebabs over medium heat turning often until all sides are well brown (about 12-15 minutes, depending on your steak preference).
