Turkey Taco Burgers

This turkey taco burger recipe is always an easy go-to when we want to take advantage of the nice weather and grill! My favorite way to serve is over a bed of mixed greens with black beans and Bolthouse Farms Salsa Ranch dressing. We love Bolthouse Farms dressings, an easy way to get a taste of ranch without the extra calories. Only 45 calories for 2 tablespoons, can’t beat that! You can also have on a bun and still use this dressing.

We also like to use the Mrs. Dash Taco Seasoning Mix to keep the sodium down. A normal taco seasoning packet can have up to 1800 milligrams of sodium and the reduced sodium will still have 1320 milligrams of sodium. The American Heart Association recommends we consume less than 2300 milligrams per day, even less if you have a medical condition requiring so. What about Mrs. Dash products?? ZERO milligrams! I always encourage my patients to give these products a try!
